Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, manuals, and tools provided at the time of purchase.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package to our designated sports equipment inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
